Our 2025 camping season runs from May 9th through October 13th! Know that weekdays are always quite peaceful with plenty of availability, and that weekends (especially in the Spring and Summer) are very likely to sell out and be busy with families and all ages activities.
Our little campground hosts a mix of unserviced and serviced campsites, tiny cabins, rental trailer, as well as monthly and seasonal spots. Browse through our offerings below and book online, or give us a call at 902-644-2654 for more insights and assistance with your booking!

Monthly & Seasonal
For those with RVS under 25 feet that are looking for an extended camping stay, we offer 50% off our overnight rate, for $750 monthly stays on Mill Hill. Inquire for a tour or application.
Seasonal camping runs from mid-May to mid-October, with year-round storage included for $2,300 + tax + metered power. We are at capacity with a waitlist, please inquire for an application.
Campground Rules

Check-in is 1pm and check-out is 11am. Check-in during office hours, and give notice if you require a late check-in. Office hours are Mon-Thurs 10am-6pm, Fri 10am-8pm, Sat 9am-8pm, Sunday 9am-4pm.

Our campsites are modest in size, intended for 1 RV, trailer or tent, and only 1 vehicle per campsite.

Camping fees are based on 1 family per campsite – up to 2 adults and 4 children. Additional campers pay a surcharge of $5 per adult and $2 per child per night at the office.

Daytime visitors are required to check in at the office, arriving before 9pm and exiting by 11pm.

The speed limit is 10 km / hour in the campground. Please drive very slowly with children at play.

Children are to be under the care of an adult. Children on bikes require helmets, and there are no bikes and no playground after dark please. Kids on a campsite by 11pm.

Alcohol can be openly consumed. Drink responsibly, being mindful it is a family campground. Disruptive or belligerent behaviour will not be tolerated, nor drinking and driving.

Smoking is permitted in the campground, tobacco and cannabis. Please be respectful of your fellow campers – no smoking or vaping in any buildings on site, and please step back from the crowd to smoke at gatherings.

Dogs are to be under your control and on a leash at all times. Clean up after your dog, and no excessive barking.

Private campgrounds are subject to Nova Scotia burn ban restrictions, meaning there is no burning allowed between 8am-2pm daily. At 2pm you can check the Burn Safe website, which will tell us if we can burn at 2pm, 7pm, or not at all that day. We sell firewood or you can bring your own.

The peace of the campground is our top priority. No excessive noise at any time, and midnight is quiet time, meaning no music or loud talking. Failure to abide by this rule will result in campers being banned from LaHave.

Please respect the grounds and leave your campsite as you found it. Moving your firepit or leaving your firepit or campsite littered with garbage will result in a $20 fee.

Recycling is mandatory. Garbage, recycling, compost, cardboard and empties bins are by the exit to the park.

Campers are responsible for adhering to the rules, and ensuring their children, family, and visitors do as well. Failure to cooperate will result in notice to leave without refund.
